    • • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
    • • Services that have been completed to the agreed standards are non-refundable, unless there is a valid quality issue.
    • • Any charges for additional services or materials that were agreed upon during the service are non-refundable.
