Cancellation Policy
At Lodi Prohire, we understand that plans can change. We strive to offer a flexible and fair cancellation policy for our valued customers.
- Cancellation by Customer:
- • Within 24 Hours of Booking: Customers can cancel their service booking free of charge within 24 hours of making the booking, provided the service date is more than 48 hours away.
- • 48 Hours Before Service Date: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will incur no cancellation fees.
- • Less Than 24 Hours Before Service Date: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- Cancellation by Lodi Prohire:
- • Lodi Prohire reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as service partner unavailability or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided, or the service will be rescheduled at the customer's convenience.
- Refunds:
- • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Rescheduling:
- • Customers can reschedule their bookings without incurring any fees if the request is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours of the service date will incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total service cost. Rescheduling is not allowed within 24 hours of the service date.
- No-Show Policy:
- • If the customer is not present at the scheduled service location at the agreed time and has not provided prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
